Trying to get your child away from the TV, phone, tablet or computer in the evenings? Let them try our lively, enjoyable Kidz Classes, priced at only £3 per hour (helping parents with more than one child to afford these marvelous activities).
This year we have launched the Royalz Academy and students will be entering a variety of competitions and shows. Children attending can also achieve badges. Billie, our Head Dance Coach, continues to coordinate our team of experienced dancers to deliver these sessions.
For children, our highly-experienced coaches provide the following classes:
Baby and Me allows toddlers and young children a chance to enjoy the physical and social benefits of ballet, song and movement in a safe, posotive and caring environment.
With a real focus of learning through play, Baby and Me gives children the chance to enjoy themselves while moms / grownups can have a cup of tea and some well deserved rest time, until joining there little ones in the studio for “The Final Dance”.

Our motto is “ bounce, burn and “ so prepare to work hard but feel welcomed, smile and have fun. For the first 45 minutes we’re bouncing and then we have 15 minutes toning, using the trampoline as a base.
There is no experience level at our classes, beginners are welcome in every session and everyone bounces to their own pace. It usually takes 2 – 3 classes to get used to all the bouncing and moves so don’t give up! But be warned …. It’s Addictive
Gym attire and trainers …. and ladies …. a good sports bra! Bring a water bottle, towel and a good sense of humour.
It’s recommended that you don’t eat heavily and hour or so before your class for a more comfortable session. Bananas are a great snack and good source of natural energy.
Of Course! The point is to enjoy exercise, and our purpose is to push your fatigue, driving rapid results and making you feel amazing. You’re welcome to stop and rest at any point but we usually break for a drink while changing music over every 3-4 tracks. Remember it’s YOUR class so go at YOUR pace.
The most effective way to bounce is to bend your knees, lean forward, tighten your tummy and push hard from the knees deep into the trampoline mat. If you're bouncing on the balls of your feet slightly you'll have more control and every time you jump you'll be working the abs too.
