Café @ Portway is a fresh, modern, contemporary café at the Portway Lifestyle Centre in Oldbury. The cafe is staffed by Manager Beki, and her friendly team of Kirsty, Emma, Carly and Steph.
Café @ Portway opened in September 2013, when the newly refurbished Portway Lifestyle Centre was unveiled. Beki and staff provide tasty hot and cold refreshments to the many Centre visitors, including delicious cakes and the option of an all-day breakfast!
The cafe also caters for events such as meetings for local authority and business clients – the largest event hosted was for 180 guests! Café @ Portway caters for children’s parties hosted at the Centre and a Christmas we hold “Breakfast with Elsa and Anna” events too.
8.00 am - 6.00 pm - Monday to Friday
10.00 am - 2.00 pm - Saturday
Meet Steph, seen here with Beki the Manager at Café @ Portway. Steph volunteers part time at the Café and loves helping Beki to prepare the food. She enjoys keeping the seating area clean and tidy, and chatting with the customers. Steph goes to a performing arts centre on other days, and is delighted when she sees her friends from that centre visiting Portway. Steph says that the best thing at the Cafe are the cakes!
